SONOMA COAST CHARDONNAY 2021

The complex and sophisticated mouthfeel of this Chardonnay is built through a combination of French and American oak, Stainless Steel tanks and sur lie aging. Each technique contributes to a final blend that excites the palate. Very well balanced and structured with just the fight amount of bite. Flavors of crisp apple, vanilla bean and Asian pear. Aromatics lemon meringue pie and honeysuckle. Fog and intense winds are prevalent most of the year along the Sonoma Coast. Grapes ripen with lower sugar levels while retaining higher acidity, creating sought after structure.

RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY PINOT 2020

Aged for an average of 12 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels imparts hints of stargazer lilies and with hints of vanilla, waffle, cones, and toasty oak leading to persistent flavors of cherries, berries, and spicy floral notes. A moderate grip of acidity and low tannins allows this expressive wine to complement a wide range of foods. The balancing influence of sun, fog and soil composition ideally matched to cool climate grapes make the Russian River Valley an ideal sanctuary for Pinot Noir.

HILLSIDE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021

Steep, rocky hillsides with less access to water and nutrients from the soil, vines are stressed and only produce a fraction of what most vineyards yield in a growing season. The result is berries that are loaded. with rich, ripe, intensely concentrated flavors and complexity. Eleven months in new French oak barrels develop flavors of dense, velvety, vanilla, and ripe black currents. Aromatics of anise, black fruit and  cassis.
